Bleach Party is a rock ’n’ roll band from Chicago comprised of local scene veterans: front woman Meg MacDuff (Vang!, ex-Montrose Man, ex-Velocicopter), drummer Kaylee Preston (ex-Rabble Rabble), guitarist Bart Pappas (ex-BIGCOLOUR), and bassist Richard Giraldi (ex-Rodeo). Bleach Party draw inspiration from rock of all shapes and sizes – ’60s surf rock, bombastic ‘70s classic rock, the urgency of early ‘80s punk, and a dash of ‘90s alt rock. Preston’s thunderous-and-airtight beats, Pappas’ spirited licks, and Giraldi’s thick but playful low end power MacDuff’s earnest anthems.
